   We've been renting from a company that had constant problems with our Septic tank system since we moved in. They've sent out different companies to "fix" the problem over 10 times and every single time, they'd come out, not even talk to any of us, "fix" it, then leave.
Finally, they sent Nick out to come take a look and he instantly knew what the problem was, how to fix it, and not only that, but he also took the time to explain and show everything to me so that I actually understood. After that he submitted everything to our rental company for approval, which they kept stalling, and Nick kept on them to make sure we got the fixes we needed! He was very empathetic to our situation since we literally had no working toilets or showers so he really fought for us. As soon as the fixes were approved, the company came out, and ever since then everything has been working great!! I'm very thankful to Nick and the company.
